TGS Baltic’s cross-border M&A team led by partner Sander Kärson advised the owners of Proplastik in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania in selling their business to Europe's largest plastic wholesaler Vink Group.
According to Taavi Reigam, CEO of Proplastik, this is an important event in the history of the company and provides an opportunity to further improve the product range and overall service quality across the Baltics.
"Proplastik fits perfectly within our group strategy," commented Reijo Asikainen, Head of the Nordic Region at Vink Group.
Proplastik has been operating since 1996 and is the largest wholesaler of plastic and aluminum products in Estonia. The company employs over 40 people in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. http://proplastik.ee/
